Photoshop User TV is an educational yet casual and lighthearted video podcast by the “Photoshop Guys” from the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. A typical episode of PhotoshopUser TV is 30 minutes long and debuts each week on Monday.

How do I watch PhotoshopUser TV?
You can watch PhotoshopUser TV in a few different ways. The best method is to use Apples iTunes software. Just click here if you've already got iTunes installed and the PhotoshopUser TV page will open in iTunes. Click the Subscribe button and you’re ready to go. If you don’t have iTunes then get it. It works for both PC and Mac. It’s free to download and easy to use. You can get it for free from Apples website at www.apple.com/itunes/download. Once you install iTunes click the link above.
What if I don’t have iTunes? Can I still watch PhotoshopUser TV?
Hey. That’s two questions! We’ll let you slide though. If you don’t have iTunes you can definitely still watch PhotoshopUser TV. You have a couple of choices.
Go to www.photoshopusertv.com. On that website you’ll see an area on the right that says “Play Latest Episode”. This will open up a Macromedia Flash player within a new webpage that will play the latest episode of PhotoshopUser TV. Since about 98% of computers have the Flash player installed it shouldn’t be a problem. However, keep in mind that iTunes is just a better and easier way to watch it since it automatically keeps you up to date.
Each episode is available for download on the website. Just download the show and watch it in Apple’s free Quicktime player (or Quicktime Pro if you have it). Keep in mind that you’ll need the latest version of the free Quicktime player to see it though. You can find this at www.apple.com/quicktime.
I hear sound but don’t see any video?
This most likely happens if you’re watching PhotoshopUser TV in the Flash player on the PhotoshopUserTV.com website. If you hear sound but see no video then you most likely need to update your flash player. You can download the latest player from Macromedia’s website here.
Why am I getting an error message when I try to open the downloaded file?
Sometimes computers with certain settings will add a .mov on the end of the filename. The filenames should end in .mp4 - if your file ends in .mp4.mov - just remove the .mov
Can you do without the commercials and sponsor plugs?
In short, no. See the answer to the “Is PhotoshopUser TV free to watch?” question above for the reason why. Somebody has to pay the bills for this stuff.
Can I leave feedback and suggestions for the Photoshop Guys?
Yep. Just go to www.photoshopusertv.com. Each week’s episode has a comment area where you can post your feedback. We read the comments and often pull show material from them so feel free to stop by and post your suggestions. You can also click the “Send us your comments” link on the right side of the page.
How do I enter the contest and how do you pick a winner?
First, you need to watch the show to get the question. Then go to www.photoshoptv.com/contact. Under subject choose Contest and fill in your answer. We have a random number generator that picks an email for each week’s winner. We generally receive between 3000 – 6000 contest entries a week.
Can I download previous episodes of PhotoshopUser TV?
Yes. NAPP Members get all episodes of PhotoshopUser TV for free. If you’re not a NAPP member and you wish to view past shows you can purchase them for $1.99 each. Just follow this link to the store.
